Refund policy

Returning a product purchased directly from https://carlosphilip.com/ is simple and free of charge. To initiate a return or exchange, customers need to email us at anubhav@carlosphilip.com within 10 days of the purchase date. Our customer care team will arrange for the pickup of the product at no cost to the customer. Once the return is received, the product undergoes a quality check. If confirmed unused, a refund will be initiated for the returned product.

Customers must ensure that the return package is securely packaged and addressed correctly. In this case, the freight charges will be covered by the vendor of the brand. The returned product must be in its original condition, accompanied by proof of purchase, the original warranty card, and the original packaging, including manuals and hang tags. Failure to include any of these elements will result in the return not being honored by https://carlosphilip.com/.

The term "original condition" means that the watch must be in the same condition as received from https://carlosphilip.com/, without any scratches, marks, or dents, and with security tags intact. If the watch has been resized, no refund will be issued.

Upon receiving the returned product, our designated service center will inspect it for any changes to the movement or internal parts. This process typically takes up to 2 business days. Exchange or refund will be initiated once the service center confirms the quality of the received watch.

Refunds will take a minimum of 2 business days from the date of inspection and approval by the quality control team. Refunds will be credited to the same account used for the original payment. Cash on delivery refunds will be processed through RTGS/NEFT, with customers required to provide their bank details.

Any returned product that does not meet our quality guidelines will not be eligible for exchange or refund and will be returned to the customer on a 'to pay' basis.
